Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your item arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, simply email us at luke@studiolnw.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you’ll be provided with the closest return address.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at luke@studiolnw.com so we can make it right.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
